The Alpinestars Meta Trail Shoes have been designed for mechanics and teams looking for good all-day comfort and occasional road running. The shoes have an easy slip on design with large toe box that allows them to spread when kneeling for greater levels of comfort. They also have a lightweight, minimal construction with 360 degree tongue configuration ensures a 'glove' like fit. This is then combined with a quarter panel for enhanced foot stability and protection.
For comfort, the shoes have a removable inner sock which has open cell PU compound which provides high breathability, reduces overheating, offers high durability and superb overall comfort. There is an EVA insert located in the main midsole which is beneath the heel which provides longer lasting softness, and the midsole wall also wrap snugly around the foot to keep it secure, stable and comfortable.
Additional features include oil resistant rubber soles which improves the grip on dirty surfaces, and a dual density PU foam which has been anatomically positioned to hold the ankle securely in place.
